About Us

Hi, we are Jack and Pat Arrington and we would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about ourselves. 

We are both Realtors and belong to the National Association of Realtors and pride ourselves in those fine standards of practice.

Jack is a native New Mexican, born in Deming and raised on the family ranch west of Las Cruces. 

Pat was born in Mountain City, Tennessee and after living in midstate Washington, moved to New Mexico as a teenager.

We met at New Mexico State University here in Las Cruces in 1965 and were married in January of 1966.  New Mexico State University had approximately 2,800 students at that time and now boasts atleast 28,000 with emphasis in agriculture and engineering degrees.

We have been in the real estate sales and service business since 1977 and in our own brokerage since 1979 here in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  We are both Brokers and have  very diverse experience in the real estate business.  We work on properties throughout the Mesilla Valley from Santa Teresa, La Union, Chamberino, Berino, Vado, La Mesa, Mesquite, San Miguel, Mesilla, Organ, Radium Springs, Deming, Garfield, and of course Las Cruces.

Besides experience in residential in town home and rental sales, we have developed  and marketed several county subdivisions and marketed a number of farms, including but not limited to horse farms. 

With our continuing education, lengthy experience and long time knowledge of the area and the people, we feel that we have a lot to offer whether you are planning on Buying,  Selling or just need to consult with someone familiar with the real estate market in the area.  You might be surprised that we might even tell you not to sell at a given time, but rather to wait until a later date because of some event or events that may be in the offing that might greatly increase your expected return.

We also pride ourselves in the fact that if we don't have expertise in a certain area (building inspection, legal or accounting), we know experts in whom we have complete confidence who do.
